Lendilòt

A mobile app for the Haitian community to submit documents for tax preparation and immigration filings, pay, and follow every case from intake to completion. Available in Kreyòl, Spanish and English.

Lendilòt is a case management app for two things Haitian families deal with every year: tax returns and immigration paperwork. A client photographs their documents in the app, pays, and watches the case move from intake to completion. Every screen is available in Haitian Kreyòl, Spanish and English.

The app was built around one safeguard. Before anything is filed, the client confirms the exact refund amount on their return, in their own language, so the number they were told and the number on the paperwork can never quietly differ. Lendilòt manages the process; licensed preparers do the filing.
